NSL Infrastructure Ltd is implementing five SEZ projects at Hyderabad, Delhi and Chennai. The company plans to undertake development of 14.50 million square feet of IT and residential space in a phased manner over the next 5-6 years. |

SCM Sugars Ltd., was established as an associate company of NSL Group with perception that a real scope prevailed for economic activity in Agro-based Industry in rural India. It is highly successful in running a Sugar Mill of 4500 tons capacity with 26 MW Cogen and 60 KLD Ethanol Plant with a capital outlay of about Rs. 300 Crores. Three more Sugar Mills are under implementation with a capital outlay of Rs. 850 Crores. The turnover of sugar business is estimated to be Rs. 650 Crores by 2010. |

NSL Cotton Corporation (NCC) is a company incorporated to carry on the business of managing of cotton cultivation, procurement, processing and marketing high quality contamination free the cotton with branding. NCC is planning to integrate the entire operations by establishing Integrated Cotton Farming involving 5.0 lakhs farmers by providing Quality Inputs, Credit, Insurance and Technical Advisory Services to the farmers, so that the profitability of the farmers is enhanced.

NSL Textiles
NSL group has established a textile business with the concept of "Cotton to Clothing". The present capacity of 90,000 spindles is being expanded to reach 2,40,000 spindles capacity integrated with about 600 high speed Looms and a Processing capacity of 2,00,000 meter per day with a total capital outlay of Rs. 1133 Crs. The expansion is expected to be completed by 2009.

Regen Powertech, the new name to drive wind energy in India is committed to providing an alternative source of energy that is sustainable.
Regen Powertech inaugurated its state-of-the-art plant near Tada, Andhra Pradesh, on March 21st 2008 and gets set to manufacture 1.5 MW gearless wind turbines in technical collaboration with Vensys Energy AG, Germany.
